1. The service
Voxentral provides AI receptionist services — website chat, voice conversations, phone answering, lead capture, and appointment scheduling — configured for your business (“the Service”). The Service is provided by Voxentral to business customers under these terms and any order or pricing agreed with you.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your assistant’s content lawful and truthful.
- Provide any notices or consents required in your jurisdiction for call transcription, recording, or data collection from your customers.
- Use captured contact information in compliance with applicable law (including anti-spam and telemarketing rules).
- Keep your account credentials and API keys confidential.
3. AI-generated responses
The Service uses artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically from the content you configure and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or emergency advice, and you should not configure it to provide such advice. You are responsible for reviewing how the assistant represents your business.
4. Fees and usage
Paid plans include stated usage (such as voice minutes); additional usage is billed as described in your plan. We may suspend service for non-payment. Usage is metered by our systems, which are the record for billing purposes.
5. Data
Conversation and lead data captured for your business is yours. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your workspace data.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or modify features over time. We will not materially reduce the core Service you pay for during a paid term without notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
